What we notice · 03

Three things you’ve probably been ignoring.

  • Moss creeping up the driveway

It's not just ugly. Moss holds moisture against your concrete, and every winter freeze widens the cracks underneath.

  • Stucco that's showing its age

The dark streaks on your north-facing walls aren't dirt — they're mildew penetrating the paint. The longer they sit, the harder they are to remove.

  • A patio you can't entertain on

Wine stains. Sun damage. The slate edge by the pool that turned grey. Outdoor living space is the most expensive square footage on your property — and the most neglected.

Our method

We soft-wash everything that matters.

Pressure strips. Soft wash dissolves. A high-pressure wand forced across stucco, painted siding, cedar, or sealed stone drives water behind the surface and takes the finish with it — the damage shows up months later, as blistering paint and open grain.

Soft washing runs at garden-hose pressure. A surfactant blend does the work chemically, breaking down the mildew, algae, and oxidation at the root so it rinses away instead of being blasted off. The organic growth dies rather than relocating, which is why soft-washed surfaces stay clean for years instead of weeks.

Pressure still has its place — concrete flatwork, dumpster pads, hard masonry. The skill is knowing which surface gets which treatment, and never guessing. It’s the difference between cleaning your property and slowly destroying it.
