We are a small crew in Sonoma Valley, so the fastest way to resolve anything — a quote, a reschedule, an invoice, a result you are not happy with — is to call. If we are on a ladder, leave a message and you get a call back the same day.

Calls outside business hours are answered by an assistant that takes your message in writing. Email is answered the next business day — call if it is time-sensitive. Serving Sonoma County and Napa County, California.
What you might be calling about
A quote, or a price you want checked
The calculator gives you a real number off our rate card, but it cannot see your property. Call and describe it, or book a free assessment and we walk it with you and send a written scope the same day.
Rescheduling or cancelling a visit
Call us. No charge up to 48 hours before your arrival window, and no charge at all when the weather is wrong for washing — we would rather move it than do it badly.
An invoice or a payment
Invoices come from Stripe with a hosted link you can pay by card or bank transfer. If the link expired, the amount looks wrong, or you need a copy for your records, call and we will re-send it.
A result you are not happy with
Call within 7 days and we come back and redo it at no charge. You do not have to argue for it. If a stain turned out to be permanent we will have told you that in writing on the quote before you accepted it.
Something got damaged
Tell us the same day if you can, so we can look at it while the cause is still visible. We carry commercial general liability insurance and we would rather fix it than discuss it.
Your information, or unsubscribing
Ask us for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or a deletion and we answer within thirty days. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
Before you call about a price
Two things make the call much shorter. Rough square footage of whatever you want cleaned — a driveway, a wall of siding, a deck — and whether the house is one story or two. With those we can usually give you the number over the phone, because it comes off the same published rate card the calculator uses.
Anything above 5,000 square feet of siding, a roof, or a commercial property gets a custom quote after we see it. That is not a hedge — it is that those jobs vary too much to price sight unseen, and we would rather not quote a number we have to walk back.
